I am the owner and sole clinician at Natural Way Clinic.
I'm so happy you're here!
Professional Background:
I have a Master of Science in Human Clinical Nutrition from Notre Dame of MD. Additionally, I am a Board Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS), Licensed Dietitian-Nutritionist (LDN), and a Certified Natural Health Practitioner (CNHP).
I also hold several professional certifications from Trinity School of Natural Health and Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Association that allows me to specialize in functional medicine. Earning my board certification required extensive clinical training, including more than 1,400 hours of supervised practice focused on gut dysbiosis, hormonal and thyroid imbalances, mental health conditions, toxicities such as mold exposure and breast implant illness, sleep disturbances, and metabolic health.
I am extensively trained in interpreting functional lab testing—including GI-MAP, DUTCH, OAT, and HTMA—allowing me to develop highly individualized nutrition, supplement, and lifestyle protocols that address root causes and support long-term healing.
Life Outside the Clinic:
I grew up in Pittsburgh, PA, and later attended the University of South Carolina for my undergraduate degree (Go Gamecocks!). Over the years, I’ve lived in several vibrant cities—including Austin, Charleston, Nashville, and Charlotte—before finally settling in sunny San Diego, California. I always joke that I’m like a houseplant and need plenty of sunshine and water to thrive, so San Diego feels like the perfect fit.
Outside of my work, I love playing guitar and piano, singing, and spending as much time in nature as possible—it’s where I feel the most grounded and at peace. I’m also rarely without my little sidekick, Henry, a miniature dachshund who follows me just about everywhere.

I entered the world of holistic health the way many healers do—through my own struggle with chronic illness.
For most of my twenties, I battled a “mystery illness” that no one in the conventional medical system could explain. Over the course of a decade, I saw countless MDs and specialists, yet not one could provide answers or real solutions to cure the 50+ chronic symptoms I lived with every single day.
