During this Discovery Call, we will explore your unique health needs, answer any questions about my services and pricing, and discuss personalized treatment options tailored to help you achieve your health goals.
90-Minute Initial Consultation: $250
During this in-depth 1:1 consultation, we will cover your extensive health history to get a holistic view of the current state of your health. After your initial appointment, you will receive an individualized treatment plan, which includes targeted nutrition, lifestyle and supplement recommendations and 15% discount on high quality herbs & supplements through Fullscript Online Dispensary. We will also order specialty labs during this consultation if deemed necessary.
60-Minute Lab Review & Plan: $185
During this 45-minute follow-up appointment, we will review your labs and agree on an individualized treatment plan for you. After your lab review appointment, you will receive a 3-month individualized treatment plan to address nutrient deficiencies, gut dysbiosis and/or hormonal imbalances uncovered through your labs. This appointment fee also covers 1-on-1 messaging access for any simple questions or symptom updates you may want to communicate.
60-Minute Check In Appointment: $125
The time we spend together and how frequently we meet depends on the complexity of the condition. Follow-up sessions can be booked as-needed to go over progress, order additional labs and update treatment planning. Our consultation frequency and duration adapt to your condition’s complexity. Follow-up sessions are available for progress review, additional lab orders, and treatment plan updates as needed, ensuring your journey to wellness remains personalized and comprehensive.
